Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Our team at Books n Beyond is always here to Help you incase you need any assistance with any product you have bought from us.

We accept Returns of products incase if there is any unfortunate incident and you receive your Product DAMAGED or incase if you have received a wrong product by mischance. 

In such a case, we request you to contact us Immediately within 7 days of receiving such product by writing an email to us at with the details of the issue and attach relevant images in the email along with mentioning your Order Id. Please use the email id from which you had originally placed the order. 

On a Case to Case Basis, we will ensure that if you have received any Damaged or Wrong product, we will either issue you a Refund or Replacement, immediately after we receive the Product back from you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Customer Care team will Guide you, how to return the Product to us. We will ensure that your queries are served on Priority. 


With the nature of our Business, it is not possible to cancel any of your order once its been placed. However if you have made Duplicate orders by mistake, by all means, please write to us at and we will be ready to help you. 

Please note Books and Boxes - Once the Order is placed, we wont be able to Cancel your order.

Merchandise, once purchased from us, can not be cancelled once the Bookings have closed or the items have been shipped. 

All Sales are Final.

In extreme cases, and on case to case basis if the Cancellation is approved then their will be a Deduction of 6% which is a Non Refundable amount towards the Fees of Third Party Payment Gateway and the Website Subscription charges.
